Mandy Laterveer

Mandy Laterveer serves as the acting Treasurer of the Maternal Alloimmunization Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from Florida State University and spent several years in guest relations at one of the world’s top restaurants. She continues to work in retail and luxury guest services, bringing the same care and attention to her work that she brings to her advocacy.

Having lived in cities across the country, including Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, Mandy now calls South Florida home, where she lives with her husband and three living children. In 2017, after the heartbreaking loss of her second child, Louise, to HDFN, she discovered a worldwide online support group that connected her with thousands of women facing the same condition. That community gave her the knowledge, strength, and hope to continue and the courage to build the family she had always dreamed of.
