Our Impact

WHAT WE DO

Empowering families to be advocates for their healthcare

We empower parents to become confident advocates for their babies through trusted medical information, personalized support, and clear, compassionate care guidance. From the moment of diagnosis through treatment decisions and early follow-up care, our families gain the knowledge and confidence to ask questions, speak up, and ensure their child receives the best possible care. We believe that informed families can change outcomes, and we are here to make sure no one walks this journey alone.

Real Change. Real Families. Real Hope.

Every resource we share, every care package we send, and every blood drive we host adds up to something bigger. Together, we’re changing what’s possible for families facing maternal alloimmunization and HDFN.

HDFN is serious, complex, and often overlooked. Without the right care, it can lead to heartbreaking outcomes, including stillbirth or the loss of a newborn. But with the right doctors and informed care, these babies can survive and thrive.

We are here to make sure no family faces this alone, and no baby is lost because of a lack of awareness or access to proper treatment.

How We Help

Through education, advocacy, and real support for families, we’re here from diagnosis to delivery and beyond.

For the babies born fighting- we run.

Every step we take brings us closer to a world where no baby is harmed or lost to HDFN. Whether you’re running a 5K, training for a marathon, or just lacing up in solidarity, you’re part of something bigger. You’re running for moms. For babies. For hope.

Blood Drives

The Littlest Drop

Give Life to the Littlest

Every drop of donated blood can help save a baby affected by maternal alloimmunization and HDFN. Our blood drives help ensure that lifesaving transfusions, both before and after birth, are available when families need them most. You can be part of this effort by joining one of our physical or virtual blood drives. And if you want to take an even bigger role, we’re here to help you host your own.

Patient Stories

Thank you to the kind families who have shared their journey!

Candace’s Story

At 11 weeks pregnant, I was shocked to learn I had four red blood cell antibodies, despite having received Rhogam in past pregnancies. After eight transfusions, I delivered Caden at 37 weeks. He spent 19 days in the NICU and faced serious challenges, but today, he’s healthy and thriving. “Reaching out for help saved his life.”

Jessica’s Story

At 37 weeks with my fifth baby, my low anti-c titers seemed reassuring—until our newborn needed an emergency exchange transfusion within 24 hours. Later pregnancies were closely managed with MCA scans, early deliveries, and NICU plans. Some babies needed phototherapy or transfusions, but all are healthy today. “With proper monitoring and a team you trust… it makes all the difference.”

Hailey’s Story

During my first pregnancy, I was shocked to learn I had developed anti-D antibodies, despite no known cause. My second pregnancy was more carefully managed, and our daughter River, thankfully Rh-negative, was unaffected. I feel incredibly lucky—“The extra monitoring and worry are so insignificant in comparison to the years of happiness our iso baby has brought us.”
